On FB I have a group called Eat Healthy, Be Active & Have Fun. Check it out!

Today is the perfect day to connect with your inner artist, we ALL have art in our hearts. It could be painting, writing, dancing, making jewelry, preparing a colorful meal or reciting a poem… Whatever it is for you please share it with us today.
The challenge is easy and simple. Take at least 30 minutes of your day (or more if you like) and create your art. CAN’T WAIT TO SEE IT!!!
Remember, when we create it is healthy because it makes us happy

Sexy Leg Challenge

Ok, I can’t believe I’m putting this out there. This is my own personal challenge but would love you to join in.
I do not like to workout, yoga is my thing but I want to step out if my comfort zone and become active in a different way. I commit to doing this workout twice a week for 6 weeks. Please check in and hold me accountable…oh boy!

I am starting next week, will post a pic or short video working out and at the end post a before & after picture. Hope you will join me, I am convincing myself it will be fun. LOL!

I fell asleep last night reading a cookbook (How it all Vegan by Tanya Barn & Sarah Kramer). So, woke up and made homemade pancakes for the first time and a Latte. It has been since December 27th that I made the shift to the vegan lifestyle and feel amazing. I also have been in the kitchen cooking everyday and that is a BIG change for me. I WAS a let’s go out to eat type of gal.

Off to take a yoga class now, very excited and full of energy…it’s been a while!

So many awesome changes in my life which opens me up for more LOVE. Loving Life!!!
