What do you plan to pack up and bring into the new year? Will is be worry, anxiety, fear or familiar negative thoughts, I hope not. As you pack your bags and journey into the new year pack light and only take things you really want to use. This is what I packed in my bags (I love traveling light) less fear, more love, lots of freedom, plenty of space for the unknown and peace. Of course everyone packs in a different way but please only take what you really want to use. If you choose to bring worry, anxiety, fear or those familiar negative thoughts just wear them until they get really dirty and instead of washing them throw them away and try on something new.
Happy New Year! ✌?️
My thought today is about friendship and what it means to me.
When you value and you enjoy being around someone. When someone you call your friend is not there to benefit you or just there to bring you pleasure, they are your friend because you like and love every part of them. A true friend loves unconditionally despite your differences, pays attention to your needs and values open and honest conversations. Of course I can go on but these are the first things that popped into my mind.
The true friends that I have know who they are and I value you and feel sooooo blessed to know you?.
What does being a friend mean to you?
When I’m in nature there are times when I become what I’m looking at. I also explore all my senses – the smells, sounds, feelings by touching and visually taking it all in. Being in nature is a ritual and very sacred to me. It could be sitting in silence or playing like a child, I love it all. Thank you nature for being my teacher, healer and inspiration.
Nature has everything I need!
What does nature do for you?
I love the way the rays of the sun feels beaming down on me. I feel like they alway nourish me and allow me to grow in every part of my life. I love this picture because it reminds me that I allow the rainbow of life to alway fill me. The vibration of colors flow over me like a waterfall, always cleansing and moving. I love that as I inhale and exhale all the colors of the rainbow I experience a constant healing, a healing to truly live.
Thought of the day! ~ Say yes to life
I say yes to every part of my life, everything that lives within me. I say yes to being alive, to all my needs and to love. Why not just say yes to it all.
Remember by saying yes to yourself, might mean saying no to others and that’s okay?.
Enjoy YOUR life…YES!!!
Always say ‘yes’ to the present moment… Surrender to what is. Say ‘yes’ to life – and see how life starts suddenly to start working for you rather than against you. ~Eckhart Tolle
Thought of the day! ~ Relationships
While on vacation, talking and observing people made me start thinking about relationships in a way I never had before. Most things I do in life feels like a spiritual practice but my past relationships with men never have. Everybody has a past and when you show up in a relationship it should be a healing, a way to open the heart, open your mind and release confusion about anything. It should be about making each other whole and digging deep to reach the true essence of who we really are. As I remind myself I want to remind you if you choose to be in a relationship love every part of it and let the true healing begin. I am so ready to share the love I have in a whole new way, how lucky am I to have this awareness.
I thank all the couples who sparked this beautiful thought of the day. Namaste?
Thought of the day! ~ Merry Christmas
“We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude.” ~Cynthia Ozick
I am taking a moment to appreciate all I have in life and that includes all of you.
I have learned to live my life as if everything is a miracle and I am also blessed that I am able to notice all the simple pleasures. All the work I do inside changes my outside world ~ that’s my gift to myself everyday. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
This picture is one of the first things I saw this morning …Ahhh!
Thought of the day! ~ Make an Effort
“See the positive side, the potential, and make an effort.” ~Dalia Lama
Thought of the day! ~ Confrontation
This past week I had about 45 seconds of confrontation and I absolutely loved it because it needed to happen and it showed me my personal growth. I walked away from that situation giving love and feeling love from them, it was a beautiful experience. If we truly love someone, you want what’s best them so why not confront with love. Confrontation is really a beautiful gift, I know that might sound funny but I feel it really is. It may not be something that’s easy to do but usually it’s something that is really needed for growth and more flow in your life.
Thought of the day! ~ No Words
Today was a very reflective day…NO WORDS!
