Kale Salad and Raw Burgers

Made a simple kale salad for lunch and amazing raw burgers. Putting the burgers in the dehydrator for a bit. ?

sun-dried tomatoes
red & green bell peppers
Multi colored carrots
pumpkin seeds

sunflower seeds
garlic cloves
Dried basil
Ground flax seed
olive oil

smoked paprika
salt & pepper
Maybe a few other things. Lol
Blended everything together to make patties

Lemon Curry Sauce

I’m making more lemon curry sauce for the amazing
Vegetable Pakura’s you made.

1 1/2 tablespoons Red pepper flakes

3/4 cup Coconut cream

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon cane sugar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Curry

2 tablespoons tamari

2 mined cloves of Garlic


Nacho Sweet Potato Cheese

Wow this is so good! I got a two thumbs up from a non vegan ??

1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes

1/4 cup coconut milk

3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

3 tablespoons olive oil or other vegetable oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Place the sweet potato cubes into a medium saucepan and cover with water. Place the pot on stove over high heat and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and allow to simmer until soft, about 15 minutes. Drain and allow the potatoes to cool a bit.

Place the sweet potato and all remaining ingredients into a food processor bowl. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of the bowl as needed. Taste test and adjust seasonings as needed. Blend again

Serve with chips

Garbanzo Bean Burgers

Straight out of Mama D’s Vegan Kitchen is garbanzo bean burgers with a mango chutney. Wow they are so good, I really think I should open a vegan cafe ?

I used what I had in the house which was vegetable broth
Red onion
celery seeds
garlic cloves
curry powder
cayenne pepper
My special seasoning blend
Panko breadcrumbs
Earth balance and I had a jar of mango chutney.
