Love my new lifestyle
I fell asleep last night reading a cookbook (How it all Vegan by Tanya Barn & Sarah Kramer). So, woke up and made homemade pancakes for the first time and a Latte. It has been since December 27th that I made the shift to the vegan lifestyle and feel amazing. I also have been in the kitchen cooking everyday and that is a BIG change for me. I WAS a let’s go out to eat type of gal.
Off to take a yoga class now, very excited and full of energy…it’s been a while!
So many awesome changes in my life which opens me up for more LOVE. Loving Life!!!
