Thought of the day! ~ Say yes to life

Say 'yes' to life

Thought of the day! ~ Say yes to life

I say yes to every part of my life, everything that lives within me. I say yes to being alive, to all my needs and to love. Why not just say yes to it all.

Remember by saying yes to yourself, might mean saying no to others and that’s okay?.

Enjoy YOUR life…YES!!!

Always say ‘yes’ to the present moment… Surrender to what is. Say ‘yes’ to life – and see how life starts suddenly to start working for you rather than against you. ~Eckhart Tolle

Thought of the day! ~ Relationships

While on vacation, talking and observing people made me start thinking about relationships in a way I never had before. Most things I do in life feels like a spiritual practice but my past relationships with men never have. Everybody has a past and when you show up in a relationship it should be a healing, a way to open the heart, open your mind and release confusion about anything. It should be about making each other whole and digging deep to reach the true essence of who we really are. As I remind myself I want to remind you if you choose to be in a relationship love every part of it and let the true healing begin. I am so ready to share the love I have in a whole new way, how lucky am I to have this awareness.
I thank all the couples who sparked this beautiful thought of the day. Namaste?

Thought of the day! ~ Merry Christmas

“We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude.” ~Cynthia Ozick

I am taking a moment to appreciate all I have in life and that includes all of you.
I have learned to live my life as if everything is a miracle and I am also blessed that I am able to notice all the simple pleasures. All the work I do inside changes my outside world ~ that’s my gift to myself everyday. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

This picture is one of the first things I saw this morning …Ahhh!

Thought of the day! ~ Confrontation

confrontation

Thought of the day! ~ Confrontation

This past week I had about 45 seconds of confrontation and I absolutely loved it because it needed to happen and it showed me my personal growth. I walked away from that situation giving love and feeling love from them, it was a beautiful experience. If we truly love someone, you want what’s best them so why not confront with love. Confrontation is really a beautiful gift, I know that might sound funny but I feel it really is. It may not be something that’s easy to do but usually it’s something that is really needed for growth and more flow in your life.

Thought of the day! ~ step out of the box

step out of the box

Thought of the day! ~ step out of the box

This thought came from a discussion we had after yoga class.

It’s so nice living outside the box, I once lived in a box of conditioned beliefs and didn’t even realize it. When I was younger I would hold things in limiting my self expression. Now I let my hair down and express how I feel, that’s the greatest feeling in the world. My purpose in life is to show others when you let your hair down, express how you really feel (with love) and let go of what people think of you – you find you! Now that’s living?

Step out of the box and into the unique expression of who you are to find the freedom to really live a life of love.

Peace✌?️

Thought of the day! ~ Ocean of Love

Thought of the day! ~ Ocean of Love

Love yourself and tap into that ocean of love that lives inside. When you do this, you will find so many unique gifts that the world would like you to share. As I tap into my vast ocean of love I now know how safe it is to give and receive love with no strings attached.

Remember…

When you shine, we are all inspired to do the same☀️

Thought of the day! ~ Feel good

Thought of the day! ~ Feel good

Earlier this week when this picture was taken of me I was not in a good mood. As I turned towards the sun and took some pictures these were my thoughts . I took a few deep breaths and said let go of what’s depleting you the past is over (meaning the past several minutes). I always acknowledge the way I feel and know if it doesn’t feel good it’s up to me how long I hang on to it. So my not so great mood allowed me to feel something (and love it), learn from it, let it go and that made more space for love. So know when something in your life doesn’t feel good no matter how small or big it’s a new opportunity for more growth and more knowing of self.

Sometimes it’s good to let go of those not so great thoughts that linger in the back of your mind so you can find peace. Peace✌?️
