Thought of the day! ~ Music heals the soul
I went to sleep and woke up listening to smooth jazz. Music is so beautiful it’s like blending every color you can imagine and listening to it. Music heals the soul and lifts your spirit. I was thinking how music is a good prescription for everything, if you have the blues, feeling depressed/ stressed, want to relax or if you want to be put into a particular zone. Music has the power to make you feel better. I would have to to say that music stimulate every part of my being and adds to my happiness, just like good food does?. When I listen to music I get chills, I get excited, it physically makes me feel like I’m going on a joyride.
My prescription for the day:
If you don’t already listen to music and dance a little bit at least 10 minutes a day and watch how it makes you feel. Enjoy!
Thought of the day! ~ Soul Connections
Thinking about the energy exchange I have with the people in my life, all so unique and pretty cool. There are so many soul connections you can have with people (of course some more special than others) – ones that are short lived or ones that last many life times both are important if you pay attention. I think we have these connections/ agreements because the exchange of energy we have is to teach us something through our interaction. I absolutely love how I personally connect with the energy of playfulness and freedom right now in my life and want to thank all my soul connections for finding me and sharing in that. Life is good! Namaste☀️

Lindsay, my thought today is about you and how your passion for drum making brings people together. The right people coming together, the beautiful meditation, the sacred act of making the drum and the unique results that creates so much love. Birthing a drum is so powerful it’s a connection to our spirit, our soul and the earth…life itself!
Looking at the my drum I see us all as one intertwined perfectly ready to tighten up to play the heartbeat of Mother Earth, a global rhythm.
